Wayne Bayfield was appointed to the LMG National Board in December 1989. He also chairs a range of the Group’s subsidiaries.

Together with his family, Wayne owns the Bayfield Hotel Group, based at Newport in Sydney. The group has a portfolio of licensed venues operating under the LMG banner that include: The Dee Why Hotel, Bayfields Liquor Superstore at Dee Why and an online site www.bayfields.com.au

Executive Director | Gavin Saunders
Gavin Saunders was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of LMG in November 2016.

Gavin joined LMG in 2012 in the role of Finance Director and has overseen the transition and revised focus of LMG Group as a National Independent retail only group who are operated solely for the benefit of its members. Prior to joining LMG, Gavin had extensive experience in liquor, hospitality, finance and funds management industries.

Non Executive Director | Graeme Campbell
Graeme Campbell was appointed to the LMG National Board in September 2013 and is also the Chairman of the LMG Audit & Risk Committee Board.

Graeme has over 25 years of experience consulting to the liquor and hospitality industries, with particular emphasis on hotels and registered clubs.

Non Executive Director | Anthony (Tony) Hurley
Tony Hurley was appointed to the LMG National Board in March 2008 and has also served on the Board of LMG’s South Australian subsidiary since May 2005.

Tony is the owner of a number of licensed venues in South Australia operating under an LMG banner and is the Chairman of South Australia’s largest independent liquor retailer SipnSave.

Non Executive Director | John McRedmond
John McRedmond was appointed to the LMG National Board in November 2014 and has served on the Board of the Group’s NSW subsidiary since June 2008.

John is the owner of a number of licensed venues in NSW operating under an LMG banner.

Scott Hogan was appointed to the LMG National Board in November 2014 and has served on the Board of the Group’s QLD subsidiary since July 2014.

Scott is the owner of a number of licensed venues in QLD operating under an LMG banner.

Jason Scully was appointed to the LMG National Board in October 2017 and has served on the Board of the Group’s WA subsidiary since February 2016.

Jason is the owner of a number of licensed venues in WA operating under an LMG banner.
